Pam was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley outside of LA. Her dad was an attorney, but also a real estate investor. From a young age, her first goal was to own and invest in property. At the age of 15, she received a sewing machine for Christmas and began teaching herself how to create her own custom wardrobe. Over the next couple years she dove into the fashion industry working for a number of labels. While in design school, she gravitated to the concept of color theory. When you take a white room full of white furniture and simply change the color scheme, you’re left with a completely different room. Color can do everything from a sense of serenity with a pale blue to make you hungry with a red wall. Color has power.

Fast forward to her early 30s, after investing in property, she began a career in real estate. This is where she found her calling. She received the honor of Rookie Of The Year her first year in real estate. Helping clients achieve their goal of owning their first home or even their 10th investment property was so fulfilling. She came to find her niche in helping sellers maximize their equity with a presale makeover. She formulated a customized plan to renovate the key areas, always including kitchen and bathrooms which bring the highest return on investment. With a 15 year track record in interior design, investment, and sales, she’s able to apply that knowledge to help you achieve all things Home.
