Our favorite breakfast spots in Tucson
- Prep and Pastry – looking for a place to meet friends for brunch and mimosas? Or my favorite, the Serial Celebration which is a Cocoa Puffs infused vodka and coffee situation. Get anything that has the Prep’s potatoes, they’re made with lots of love and a sprinkle of crack (maybe it’s duck fat, I’m pretty sure there’s no actual crack in the potatoes).
- Oink – for all things bacon. You can get everything from a flight of bacon to maple bacon donuts. I’m pretty sure vegans burst into flames as soon as they walk through the door.
- Le Buzz – I dare you to get past the pastry counter without ordering one of their fresh baked goodies. My favorite menu item is the Papacito burrito. I could drink that salsa that comes on the side.
- Biscuits Country Cafe – it ain’t pretty, but it’s soooo good. This little hole in the wall has a line out the door and rightfully so. If you wake up craving comfort food, or if you need to cure a hangover this is your place.
- Bisbee Breakfast Club – yummy diner food, legit huevos rancheros, Bloody Mary’s, and save room for pie. You’ll need backup to roll you back to your car.
